Is the Padel Grid WhatsApp group free to join?
Yes. Both the men's and women's WhatsApp communities are free. You only pay when you enter a tournament, and entries are booked through Playtomic.
What level do I need to be?
Every level. Rounds are split into divisions by Playtomic rating — a Division 1 tier for developing players (roughly 2.5–3.9) and a Premier tier for advanced players (4.0+), plus women's beginner and advanced tournaments.
Where are the tournaments played?
Across Manchester and the North West — venues include Destination Padel Cheadle, Carbon Padel Club, Manchester Padel Club, Pure Padel Manchester city centre, Soul Padel Stockport and more.
Do I need a partner?
No. Padel Grid is an individual championship. You're paired and re-paired through the day, so you can enter solo and still play every round.
How do I hear about spots and dates first?
The WhatsApp groups get every date, waiting-list spot and last-minute drop-out first — usually before the entry link goes public.
