Corporate Padel Events and Team Building

Planning notes for anyone organising a company padel day.

Start with headcount and time block

Eight to forty-eight players works. A three to four hour block gives you a coached warm-up, a league stage and knockouts with a presentation — enough structure to feel like an event, short enough to keep everyone engaged.

Mixing abilities without embarrassing anyone

Rotating partners and short matches mean beginners are never stranded. Seeding the rotation so strong and new players are deliberately paired is what makes the day work socially.
