Every match matters · Every point counts
How the season is structured
The season runs as a championship rather than a series of one-off tournaments. Each round awards Championship Points on finishing position, building season standings for the men's and women's divisions. Miss a round and you can still compete — you only score when you play.
Choosing the right round
Some rounds are a single Mega Open field of up to 48 players; others split into Premier, Division 1 and women's draws running back to back. Special formats appear through the season, including evening rounds and singles Americano days. The round page states the format before you pay.
Spaces and availability
Availability on this site reflects the real Playtomic entry list: open, limited spaces or sold out. Premier and women's draws tend to fill first.
Never miss an entry window
Entries and released places are announced in the men's and women's WhatsApp communities first. That is the best way into a sold-out division.
Entry prices and what they cover
Entry is charged per round rather than by membership or season pass, and the exact price sits on the Playtomic listing for each division. It covers your court time for the whole block, match balls, officiating, live scoring, championship points, photography and your share of the prize structure. Special formats that include food — bank holiday rounds in particular — carry that in the entry rather than charging on the day.
There is no charge for spectators, no joining fee and nothing to pay to appear in the championship standings. If a round is cancelled by the venue you are refunded in full through Playtomic.
Planning a season around the calendar
Because rounds move between Greater Manchester, Cheshire and the wider North West, most regulars pick eight to ten rounds that suit their travel rather than chasing all sixteen. The championship rewards consistency, so a run of nearby rounds you can definitely make beats an ambitious calendar you abandon in November.
Plan around the published rounds. Later dates and venues, including the Grand Final, will be announced once confirmed.

Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance do tournaments open?
Most rounds open two to four weeks ahead. Special formats and bank holiday events sometimes open with less notice, which is why the WhatsApp groups matter.
What happens if a round sells out?
The division is marked sold out on the round page. Withdrawals free up places and those are offered to the community first.
Can I enter more than one division in a day?
Where timings do not clash, yes — several players enter the earlier and later draws on the same matchday.
