Every match matters · Every point counts
Who it is for
- Playtomic 4.0 and above — the Premier draw
- Playtomic 2.5 to 3.9 — Division 1
- Players with no regular partner, since partners rotate through the league stage
- Anyone who wants a result that is their own rather than a pair's
The draws
Fields run either as a single Mega Open of up to 48 players, or split into Premier (4.0+) and Division 1 (roughly 2.5–3.9) on the same matchday. Premier carries the largest share of the prize pot and is usually the first draw to sell out.
Format and scoring
- League stage with rotating partners so you are scored on your own play
- Short match formats to keep the day on time
- Top finishers progress to quarter-finals, semi-finals and a final
- Live standings on the day plus Championship Points for the season table
What your entry covers
Court time, balls, officiating, live scoring, Championship Points and photography. Podium finishers take trophies alongside prize money, and most rounds award a Player of the Tournament.
Recent men's winners
Champions this season include Khilen at Adlington, Aji at Mottram – Hook Club, AK in the Premier draws at Destination Padel Cheadle and Carbon Padel, Humayun in Division 1, and Arsalan at Saturday Night Fever. Full podiums for every completed round are on the results page.
Mega Open days versus split-division days
A Mega Open puts up to 48 men in a single field and settles the whole thing in one long league plus knockouts — the most matches you will play in a day and the toughest test of stamina. Split-division days run Premier and Division 1 back to back, which means a tighter field, a shorter block and a clearer path to a podium if you are at the right level.
Neither is better; they suit different players. If you want volume of matches and do not mind a wide spread of opponents, take the Mega Open. If you want the closest possible matches, take the split-division round.
Moving up a division mid-season
Plenty of players enter Division 1 in July and finish the season in Premier. If you podium twice in Division 1 we will talk to you about moving up, and you can request it yourself at any point. Championship points already earned stay with you — moving up does not reset your season.
The reverse is also true. If a Premier round shows the level is not there yet, we will place you back into Division 1 rather than let you take a beating every round.
