One championship. Every point counts.

Padel Tournaments Across the UK

Padel Grid runs a UK padel championship: a season of one-day padel tournaments where you enter as an individual, partners rotate through the league stage, and every finish earns Championship Points on one national standings table. Rounds currently run across Greater Manchester, Cheshire and Lancashire, with Yorkshire on the expansion list and an international round in Dubai — and entry is open to players from anywhere in the UK.

Every match matters · Every point counts

A UK championship, not a one-off event

Most padel tournaments are standalone days. Padel Grid is a season: every round you play feeds the same standings table, so a strong finish in Manchester counts exactly the same as one in Blackburn or Dubai. At the end of the season the top of the table qualifies for the Grand Final.

Because entry is individual, players travel in from across the UK on their own — Leeds, Sheffield, Liverpool, Newcastle, Birmingham and London players already play North West rounds.

Where rounds run

The published 2026 season is based in Greater Manchester and Cheshire, with an international round at Dock & Padel Dubai. Further dates and venues will be announced once confirmed.

New regions are added where players ask for them — the WhatsApp community waitlist is what decides where we go next.

Who can enter

  • Players rated roughly 2.5–3.9 enter Division 1 — improvers and first-time competitors
  • Players rated 4.0 and above enter the Premier draw and the larger cash pot
  • Women's draws run on their own ladder at supported rounds
  • Anyone without a regular partner — entry is always individual

How a round works

A league stage of short matches with rotating partners and opponents, scored live by our team. The top of each league goes into quarter-finals, semi-finals and a final, and the rest of the field keeps playing. Rounds run in a three to four hour block.

How to enter from anywhere in the UK

Pick a round from the calendar, choose the division that matches your level and book through the entry link. Entries run through Playtomic, so your place is confirmed instantly. Sold-out divisions are labelled clearly, and released places are offered in the WhatsApp communities first.

Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Are there padel tournaments near me in the UK?

Padel Grid rounds currently run across Greater Manchester, Cheshire and Lancashire, with Yorkshire on the expansion list and an international round in Dubai. Entry is open to players from anywhere in the UK — most rounds are within an hour or two of Leeds, Liverpool, Sheffield and Birmingham by road or rail.

Do I need a partner to enter a UK padel tournament?

No. Every Padel Grid round is individual entry with rotating partners through the league stage, so travelling in alone is completely normal.

What level do I need to be?

Divisions are graded by Playtomic rating: roughly 2.5–3.9 for Division 1 and 4.0+ for Premier. You only ever play people in your own band.

Do results count towards a national championship?

Yes. Every round feeds one season-long standings table, and the top of the table qualifies for the Grand Final at the end of the season.

Will there be rounds in my region soon?

New regions are added where the waitlist is strongest. Join the WhatsApp community from the community page and you'll hear first when a round lands near you.
